How long does it take to receive a sample?
Sample production usually takes 5-7 business days after we receive your detailed specifications and any required artwork.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. We can produce zippers based on your designs or help you develop new designs from concept.
What certifications do you hold?
We are certified with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), and BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). These certifications ensure our products meet high standards for quality, safety, sustainability, and ethical production.
Can I get a custom logo on the zipper pull?
Absolutely! We offer full customization on zipper pulls, including logo engraving, embossing, or printing. We can work with your artwork to create a unique pull that represents your brand.
What is your production capacity?
Our factory has a monthly capacity of approximately 300 tons of zippers and 50 tons of zipper pullers, allowing us to handle both small and large orders efficiently.
How do you ensure quality control?
We have an internal quality management system, and our production QC department uses comprehensive zipper physical testing equipment. We inspect raw materials, in-line production, and finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files for logo and design artwork.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we strongly recommend approving a pre-production sample before starting mass production. This ensures that the final product meets all your expectations in terms of quality, appearance, and functionality.
